About Sigma Challenge MathQuiz

Sigma Challenge MathQuiz is an interactive educational platform dedicated to secondary school mathematics in Quebec. It offers quizzes, graded exercises and review pathways covering the entire Ministry of Education curriculum, from Secondary 1 to Secondary 5. Concepts are organized by theme — arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, probability, proportionality, functions and trigonometry — and by difficulty level, so every student can progress at their own pace.

Who is it for?

The platform is primarily for secondary school students who want to review, practice and prepare for assessments and the end-of-year ministry exam. It is also for teachers, who can create classes, build quizzes, assign them to students and track everyone's progress. Parents find a structured tool to support their child's academic success.

How does it work?

A theme-based progression system guides the student: mastering mandatory quizzes unlocks the next school level, and an entry challenge (diagnostic) validates admission to the next level. Each question comes with detailed explanations, and geometry figures display adaptively on mobile, tablet and computer.
